elk and deer hunting trips in colorado and new mexico

A hunter is only as good as the rifle he carries and unless you are hunting with a bow or knife, you will never be as successful as you could be without the right gun. Coyotes are part of the wolf family and they are sometimes called prairie wolfs.

You will never go wrong buying the best, but we all have budgets. Only specific periods in a year and in a day are permitted for deer hunting. Because you'll likely be hunting in extreme weather conditions, you'll want a pair of binoculars that can withstand such conditions.

Coon hounds are a great help. You ll find trails that lead out of these beds towards the areas deer like to feed. When pressure increases the big bucks head for cover.

Find the ones that work best on the deer in your area and you will raise your chances of bringing home a deer instead of a story about the one that got away. Properly cared for, a good pair of binoculars will serve you for decades.
